Change of Mind Policy
- We have a 30-day return window / cooling off which means you have 30 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return
- Please obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number from here before sending your item to us otherwise return is not accepted and considered as unauthorized item & send back to the customer at customer's expense
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original or suitable packaging for transit. Please also send Return Authorisation (RA) number and proof of purchase with return item
- The customer is responsible for any return postage
- Adelaide PC Services is not responsible for any damage/loss incurred during transit so please insure your item before sending to us
- We will do quick assessment of your return item and update you with outcome
- If return item is not resalable and has excessive sign of use or misuse or damaged buy the customer, in that case refund will be reduced accordingly. Shipping cost is not refundable
